If there is any manufacturing fault or if the delivered product is wrong we are offering an exchange or return facility. to claim a return or exchange you must to check the product in-front ofĀ the delivery-man from whom you will receive the productĀ or you must have an unboxing video .Ā Without unboxing- video we will not accept the return or exchange request.
Return, exchange, Refund or wonāt be applicable for the bellow conditions-
- Physical Damage or burn product.
- Any kinds of gift items which is not paid
- If the product has any scratches
- If the item is not in re-sellable condition.
- If the item is not including all the accessories, papers, and other things that were delivered.

You must need to return all the boxes, manuals, accessories, stickers, labels, gift items with the proper box and without putting any sticky tape on the product.Ā
After receiving the product we will check and let you know the status. If a refund is required it will be done within 72 hours of receiving the items.
Ā If the product is OK but the customer still wants to return and get a refund in that case all the necessary Payment processing fee and delivery charges will be bear by the customer.
If the customer receives any discount or cashback or gift it should be taken back and refund.
